Wildnut Lodge and Game Farm is located a mere 21 km outside the town of Louis Trichardt and offers quality accommodation, ideally suited for a family or group of friends travelling together. The last part of the route to the property on the farm is accessed via a dirt road.
Accommodation at Wildnut is provided in 6 private rooms with king-sized and single beds. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite-bathroom, and the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. Room 4 has an en-suite bathroom. The two upstairs rooms, Room 5 and 6, share a bathroom downstairs.
Leisure activities and facilities on the farm include walking and mountain-biking trails, swimming, clay pigeon shooting, bird watching and game drives. This has to be arranged in advance. Braai facilities are and romantic meals can be provided in the bushveld. An on-site restaurant will be opening soon on the farm and you can enquire regarding the opening date.
Please note that you need a 4×4 and/or if it doesn’t rain, a bakkie or SUV for access to the premises. The vehicle should have a high ground clearance.
Meals are available upon request and must be arranged beforehand, otherwise it will be self-catering.
Kloppersbosch Cottage offers quality accommodation, only 4 km outside of Louis Trichardt at the foot of Soutpansberg, and is ideal for a weekend breakaway. Guests will be in easy reach of numerous shops and restaurants as well as activities and attractions.
The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. Room 3 and 4 also have bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit, 1 with a bath and the other with a shower.
The kitchen facilities include a 2-plate stove and mini-oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table with ample seating as well as an indoor braai.
The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with DStv.
There are numerous mountain bike trails in the area and the area boasts rich wildlife.
Tshedza Guest Lodge offers bed and breakfast, and is situated in the town of Louis Trichardt. The guest house is ideal as a base from which to explore the nature reserves and other attractions near the town.

Lalapanzi is an old English, Tudor-style hotel, originally built in 1947. It is situated in the game and cattle breeding area of Bandelierkop, 28 km south of the Soutpansberg Mountain, the most prominent feature of the area. The hotel enjoys direct access from the N1.
Establishment facilities include a swimming pool, braai facilities and a trampoline for children to enjoy. There are 2 bars on the premises as well as a fully licensed restaurant where guests can either be seated in the restaurant or outside in the well-manicured gardens. The Pafuri and Punda Maria entrances to the 2 million hectare Kruger National Park, which owes its heritage to the last president of the Transvaal Republic, Paul Kruger, are most conveniently reached from our establishment. Closer to the hotel, guests can either visit museums and historical sites or enjoy activities that include bird watching, walks or hikes and mountain biking.
Northgate Lodge is situated 6 km outside of Louis Trichardt and offers accommodation, ideally suited for business travellers, families or overnight guests. It is within easy reach of the N1 highway and the amenities offered by the town.
The accommodation comprises 23, thatch-roof chalets that’ll suit every group’s requirements.
